Most Vietnamese paintings and artworks displayed on our website are available for purchase. We are proud to have collectors and satisfied clients from Vietnam and many countries around the world.

Authenticity & Originality
We exclusively offer original artworks created and signed by the artists themselves.
Each artwork is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity, signed by both the artist and the Gallery Owner.
We fully guarantee the authenticity and originality of all artworks sold through our gallery, unless an item is clearly stated as a print or reproduction.

Shipping
We partner with reputable international courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT to deliver artworks worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
• Southeast Asia: 1–2 business days
• Other Asian countries: 2–4 business days
• USA, Canada, Europe & other regions: approximately 5 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary in special circumstances. Once your artwork has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment directly on the courier’s website.

Insurance
We cooperate with an international insurance provider (VIA) to offer art transportation insurance.
• Insurance fee: 2% of the artwork’s value
• Charged separately upon request
• Covers full reimbursement in the event of loss or damage
While shipping companies typically insure the shipping package itself, this coverage does not protect the full value of the artwork unless additional insurance is purchased. Please contact us if you would like to include transport insurance with your order.

Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, making your purchase at nguyenartgallery.com completely risk-free.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase:
• You may return the artwork within 7 days of receipt
• A full refund will be issued, minus the cost of one-way shipping
• Returned artworks must be properly packaged and insured
Please notify us within seven days of receiving your artwork by phone or by email at dongtanartgallery@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the return process.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please email us at dongtanartgallery@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• Orders can be canceled before shipment
• If the artwork has already been shipped, it may still be returned according to our return policy

Damaged Artwork
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email at dongtanartgallery@gmail.com.
We will assist you promptly and offer either:
• A replacement artwork of equal value, or
• A full refund

If a particular artwork is no longer available, you may request a commissioned piece in a similar style for your collection.
